Automated decision-making Scout in Science B.V. does not make decisions about issues that can (significantly) affect people based on automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Scout in Science B.V.) being involved.

Storage of personal data Scout in Science B.V. will not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: First and last name, e-mail address: the data will be kept for 2 years after deactivation of the account. The reason for this is that our clients may have to deal with inspections/ accreditations.

Sharing personal data with third parties Scout in Science B.V. will not sell your data to third parties and will only share it with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
