Whether the focus is on monitoring innovations across the entire faculty or concentrating on specific departments, our primary aim is to customize our service to meet your unique objectives. During this phase, we also begin automatically gathering relevant data such as publications and grants from public sources. Where applicable, we integrate our platform with your internal systems or databases to enrich the insights and ensure a seamless setup. This onboarding step is critical to ensuring our solution provides the flexibility and precision necessary to support your innovation tracking and intellectual property (IP) management requirements effectively.

Building on the collected data, we apply our in-house AI models to generate key insights, including predictions for Business Potential Score, Technology Readiness Level (TRL), and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These predictions help prioritize innovations and identify high-impact opportunities early in the process. We then proceed with comprehensive training sessions tailored to your TTO team, ensuring a smooth integration of our dashboard into your existing workflows. These sessions cover both basic functionality and advanced features such as automated scouting for monthly innovation updates and secure manual uploads to support IP protection.
During this phase, we also guide the team on how to make the most of our platform’s capabilities, including topic-based search, author and publication history, Altmetric scores, and other discovery tools essential for effective innovation tracking.
