Congratulations to Claudia Lita on successfully completing her 5-month internship two weeks ago!
Over the past months, Claudia took on an in-depth research project focused on the 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦. Her work explored how innovation is scouted within universities, how matchmaking with industry is facilitated, and how funding landscapes are structured across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
She conducted interviews with professionals across the ecosystem, gathering first-hand insights, which allowed her to go beyond desk research and truly understand how collaboration between academia and industry is shaped in the Nordics. 🔗 You can explore the full insights from her research here: Scandinavian Innnovation Ecosystem
Her work provided ScoutinScience with a valuable overview of the Nordic market, strengthening our understanding of regional innovation dynamics and highlighting opportunities for future collaboration, scouting, and partnership development.
As her supervisor Diana shared: “𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮. 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺, 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘨𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴.”
Our CEO also highlighted: “𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘭𝘰𝘢𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦, 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮. And while this internship chapter has come to an end, this is far from a goodbye, Claudia will be staying with ScoutinScience to complete her thesis, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.
Thank you 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐚 for your dedication, curiosity, and the positive impact you made during your time with us.
A special thank you to Diana Botorea for the continuous guidance and supportive environment that allowed Claudia to learn, grow, and develop her ideas with confidence.
