Gilles Meijer has a background in business administration (MSc) at the University of Twente, and his master's was in innovative entrepreneurship and business development. Within ScoutinScience, Gilles is active in business development, marketing and screening of data. For the latter, he is responsible for finding market potential metrics. Gilles has a large network around universities, incubators and accelerators.

Jasper van Weerd holds a Bachelor in Applied Science from Saxion Hogescholen Enschede, in the Netherlands, and a Master in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente. Within ScoutinScience Jasper is responsible for the creation of the product. He is the one that can translate technology into meaningful information. Jasper is well aware of the structure, hierarchy and politics within universities.

Olivér Angyal is working on his Master of Science degree with a major in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Olivér strengthens the development team at ScoutinScience. As a computer engineer and aspiring data scientist, he is responsible for full stack development, and machine learning tasks. He is enthusiastic about the entrepreneurial side of the startup world; hence he joined an international program for young innovators.

Iris Vos has recently graduated from Creative Media & Game Technologies and we are happy to have her on board! As a UX/UI designer, she makes sure that the product is user-friendly and efficient. The users of our tool are her first priority, she makes sure that the interaction between them and the product is as pleasant as possible. Her main expertise is creating user-centric solutions whilst keeping the design good-looking.

Balázs Csomor decided to continue his studies in Data Science and work at a rapidly growing startup after obtaining a degree in Computer Engineering and working as a software developer for multinational companies. At ScoutinScience he pursues his passion for creating meaningful things, whether that’s code, videos, or AI models. As part of our development team, he’s mostly responsible for backend development and machine learning.

Diana Botorea has an international business degree with a specialisation in marketing and technology. She takes care of the content and creative online presence at ScoutinScience and her favourite activities are planning and editing. Creativity is her strongest suit, managing to build content that both educates and inspires. Visuals, articles, social media, and blogs are the channels used by her to create storytelling & value for the customers.

Lola is a motivated, team-oriented, and hardworking data analyst with strong communication skills. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Master's Degree in Data Science. Lola brings a wealth of experience in programming languages, as well as web development tools. As a Data Analyst, she works with our dashboard to review data scouted by our AI and find business potential in research.

Fabio is currently a student at the University of Twente, focusing on his Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is eager to apply his knowledge in the real world and is a great fit for our fast-growing and dynamic start-up. His knowledge brings extra value to his job as a Data Analyst, making him fit for collecting data sets, and discovering technology transfer potential.

Iryna holds a Master's Degree in DeepTech Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's Degree in AI. She has extensive experience as a Data Scientist, Business Developer and her broad network allows her to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field. Iryna is known for her energy, enthusiasm and drive. This makes her a highly motivated and effective professional.

Michelle is an experienced management assistant with a proactive approach and strong multitasking abilities, making her an ideal addition to our team. Her warmth and dedication are evident in everything she does. As Office Manager, Michelle will skillfully coordinate schedules and ensure the seamless functioning of our office. Her efficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail are sure to make a lasting impact.
