We are hiring! Junior data & science analyst

ScoutinScience is expanding and looking for a data & science analyst (8-16 hrs/ week).

Our mission is to double technology transfer by 2050. We believe every innovation can profoundly impact society and are dedicated to realising this potential. Our AI platform automatically scouts and qualifies scientific publications, using state-of-the-art natural language processing models, for their tech-transfer potential. The ranked results are provided in an online dashboard and enable research institutions to maximize the impact of research, increase deal flow and identify partnership opportunities.

The role

As a junior analyst, you are an integral part of the team that is responsible for providing input to the R&D/ AI development team. You are part of the project team, responsible for analyzing scientific papers and ranking them on business potential. Moreover, you’ll provide insight into why papers are considered impactful.

Who are you?

• A student looking for a growth opportunity
• Interest in technology is a must. We are not per se seeking technological experts/students but are working with all technical universities in the Netherlands and (soon in) Europe.
• A technical background is a prerequisite
• You have a critical thinking and an analytical mindset
• You are willing to join a fast-growing and dynamic start-up.
• Your daily tasks will mainly be carried out using the ScoutinScience dashboard
