We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (2 to 5 years) with a builder mindset to take ownership of our technical infrastructure and contribute across our full technology stack. You will work closely with our existing team in a hands-on development role.

What youāll do
Full-stack development ⢠Maintain and extend the ScoutinScience Dashboard (ASP.NET, PostgreSQL, React) ⢠Maintain and extend our Python-based ETL pipelines ⢠Prototype and develop new product MVPs
Infrastructure ownership ⢠Take charge of on-premise servers and deployments
System reliability ⢠Monitor production systems and optimise performance
Must-have qualifications ⢠Bachelorās degree in Computer Science or Engineering ⢠Two to five (2-5) years of experience with a proven track record of building projects from scratch ⢠Full-stack expertise in ASP.NET, Python, PostgreSQL, and React (or similar frameworks) ⢠Exposure to infrastructure maintenance, including deployment systems, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), server management, and Docker/containerization
Nice to have ⢠Experience in a startup environment ⢠Background in machine learning ⢠Strong communication and collaboration across departments and teams
